Administration

ARE THERE TRIAL CLASSES?

Yes! We are more than happy to meet you first to better understand your struggles and difficulties you face.  We’re confident that you will enjoy our lessons during our trial class! Drop us a text to arrange for your trial class today!

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CLASSES?

You may fill up the registration form and we will get back to you within three working days. For faster response, you may also drop us a text @          9129 5427. 

ARE THERE ANY DEPOSITS OR ADDITIONAL MATERIAL FEES PAYABLE?

There are NO additional cost or hidden charges other than the tuition fees itself. All our resources are given to our students free of charge as we believe that it is our responsibility to support our students to our best ability. 

WHAT IS THE BILLING CYCLE LIKE?

We collect payment on the 1st of every month. We will send out the invoice to all parents one week prior to notify them if the upcoming month would be a 4 or 5 weeks cycle, and the fees payable for that month. 

CAN I STILL REGISTER FOR CLASSES AFTER THE TERM STARTED?

Yes! We will pro rate the fees payable for that month and if you are facing difficulties catching up on what you have missed, we have online video resources for you to watch them at your own time, or you may even schedule for a consultation session with our tutor at no additional cost!

Classes

WHAT IS THE CLASS SIZE?

Our class size are capped at a max of 5 students per class to ensure personalised teaching and providing every student with the attention and guidance they require. 

CAN I SEEK HELP FROM TUTORS ON DAYS WHEN I DO NOT HAVE LESSONS?

Yes of course! We work very closely with every student and you can always drop us a text to clarify your doubts. We have online video resources covering most of the concepts taught in class as well for self revision.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND LESSONS ON A PARTICULAR DAY?

We discourage skipping of lessons too frequently due to the intensity of the curriculum. However, we do understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances such as falling sick and school activities. You may arrange for a make up class ( subject to availability ), or request for a zoom consultation with our tutor ( subject to tutor's availability ).
